FQRD July 94:
Bastille Day Ball

On Bastille Day Eve (July 13), the streets filled up with people dancing everywhere. As usual, Gai Pied organized Le Bal Gay, along the Seine, at Quai de la Tournelle. From 10pm to the morning, it was of course the funniest ball in Paris.

Act Up-Paris was present; it celebrated the event with this bitter reading of our national colors on a poster: Liberté, Égalité, Fraternité: offer not available for people living with Aids.
