Information

From June 19th to 29th, 1997, Paris will be the centre of gay and lesbian Europe, with three main events: EuroGames, EuroSalon and EuroPride. General information on these events are provided by the leaflet "Paris 97".

We can also accommodate you at one of HES members' home if you would prefer a more friendly location, or if you cannot afford an hotel ; do not hesitate to accept this offer (refered to as 'HES' in the registration form).

CONVENTION

The Conference will take place on Friday June 27th, from 9am to 6pm, in the Senate. You must show an ID in order to enter the Senate. The Conference will be followed by an official reception and a friendly banquet. To reserve a seat at the banquet please fill the appropriate part of the registration form.

EUROPRIDE

The EuroPride Parade will take place on Saturday June 28th. French and European socialist officials are expected to show up on this occasion. This is an opportunity to march together with all our banners and flags, so do not forgot them to bring them!

EUROSALON

The EuroSalon, from June 25th to 29th is an exhibition for gay and lesbian ways of life which will welcome more than 250 exhibitors (associations, businesses and venues) and ten thousand visitors from all over Europe: a real opportunity to meet people.

HES will have a booth, in the "Citizenship" village. You are more than welcome ro take advantage of this book to publicize your organization ; do not forget to bring documents on your group. The price for the booth is FF 1000 ; HES will pay for it, but you may wish to contribute according to your possibilities. It is not compusory.
